Join us at Sparrow Wine Bar on Saturday, June 20, from 1:30–2:30 PM for a guided beer & cheese pairing experience featuring both locally brewed favorites and thoughtfully selected imported beers.
Together, we’ll taste four beers (4oz pours each) alongside four cheeses (1oz portions each), exploring how everything from crisp lagers to rich ales can completely transform the flavors of a cheese — and vice versa. Crackers included.
Along the way, we’ll talk pairing principles, flavor contrasts, textures, and why beer and cheese may just be one of the most underrated pairings around. Expect a relaxed, approachable atmosphere with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, compare favorites, and discover something new.
Space is limited to 30 guests.
How it Works:
At the conclusion of the event, the wine bar will open for regular service at 3pm.
